A peek behind the scenes- working from our RV last week. I’m cleaning my lenses & getting my camera gear ready here- yes, in my pjs. Last week I had my annual week of outdoor photo sessions in my hometown of magical Ojai, CA. However, this year it looked much different than usual. Usually we stay in my mom’s house, usually I go into town, usually we meet up with friends. This time we quarantined in our RV & didn’t really go anywhere. The only places I went was to my outdoor photo sessions, to my dentist in Ventura, to visit my in-laws, to support a local mama’s small biz to get my hair done, and then to some lovely hikes at lake casitas. No socializing, no going out & about. Everything was very safe & very intentional. It looked different this year, but I am grateful we were able to do it. I am grateful we had our RV to be able to see our family at a safe distance, & be able to serve my clients safely. What a week! It was so much fun seeing my clients – meeting some new faces & reconnecting with clients I hadn’t seen in awhile. I love seeing how big my kid clients are growing- it’s amazing! What an honor to be able to capture all of these beautiful souls! So much gratitude for this job. Now we are back home & I’m going through all of these beautiful sessions, I can’t wait to show ya’ll!
