Capturing his freckles & bedhead before he gets any bigger!
Hi friends, I have been laying low on FB, and have been more active on Instagram. I hope this little message finds you well. What are you up to in your neck of the woods? How are you dealing with self quarantine? I have been embracing slowing down and really being present with my family. Aside from homeschool activities my boys have been skateboarding & teaching the dog to skateboard in the garage, reading, creating, watching Netflix, building forts, having dance parties, and we’ve been walking in nature next to our home, and creating aromatherapy blends. Yesterday was raining, but I was compelled to get out my camera and capture my youngest who turns 12 next month. I had to stop and capture his freckles and bed head before he gets any bigger! I know I normally capture bright colors outside, but this was a fun change to get a B&W indoors. I really feel his friendly & sweet essence came through. I love hanging out with him!
*Please let me know if you would like me to make a blog post on capturing your kids in photos. I would be happy to help!
PS. I wrote a book on how to capture your kids in photos: http://www.wildflowerstudiophoto.com/…/happy-mamas-guide-p…/
Or if you prefer to have me capture kiddos when this whole social distancing thing is over- I would be honored! (or even better the connection between you and your kiddos! Mother’s Day isn’t too far away!) Message me for details or click here: http://www.wildflowerstudiophoto.com/blog/
Hugs!!
xoxo Shell
