If there is one common thread in all of my coaching sessions with my clients it’s finally taking small steps toward those bigger picture goals they have had, but didn’t have the motivation or courage or vision yet to get there. And yes, many times that can mean moving out of your comfort zone, which can look scary at first. But the reward of stepping into those goals is AMAZING. Movement towards something feels good, feeling stuck, not so much. I love being a cheerleader & an accountability partner for my coaching clients. They are moving through their blocks & moving toward freedom, & they are doing it scared, but they are not doing it totally alone. My hope for you is to be fulfilled in your journey, and if need be- do it scared, but definitely do it. Life is too short not to. It’s worth it, I promise!
