When I am hired to capture a very important event in someone’s life, like a wedding day-

and trusted enough to get as creative as I want to actually capture THEM,

their true fun selves on that crazy day, and set their wedding images apart from the norm,

it is an amazing feeling.

The intimate wedding I shot last month was a dream!

I was able to take so many fun and creative photos because the bride and groom trusted me

and went with the flow on all of my fun ideas.

Here are just a few of the wedding photos I took indoors at this adorable beach house in Carpinteria, CA.
When I saw the bed and shyly suggested a pillow fight- they lit up and said they have pillow fights all of the time!

I said now we HAVE to do a sequence of that!
(And I am in love with that bathtub!)
