I had to share this one with you. On my trip to Rhode Island, I was hired by their daughter,
who was in Copenhagen at the time, to come to the house and take photos of the grandparents and grandkids.
But if you know me, you know one of my favorite things is capturing love and connection, and couples sessions are one of my top favorite,
so of course I wasn’t going to let these 2 love birds off the hook. You can actually see the love between them!
They were so adorable together. I want to still have that kind of love with my hubby when I am a grandparent. Isn’t this the sweetest?!
What an amazing daughter they have for putting this together! Joy, you are awesome!
Behind the scenes: This was my second session that day-If you read my last post about recent trip to New England,
you know my first family session was in the morning before the family’s flight to Florida and it rained so we had to stay in the house.
This second session of the day was at my clients home as well. As I said above, they were out of the country,
but I was hired to photograph the grandparents and grandkids that stayed behind.
Luckily, by the afternoon the sun came out, BUT the crazy wind came up! The weather warned “gale force winds!”
Luckily, it only came in gusts, and wasn’t too bad, and I found places in the backyard where we could be protected.
Oh New England, always keeping me on my toes!
More photos from Rhode Island sessions to come soon!
xoxo
