Many of my clients, new and old, have been giving me this gift of telling me they see the difference in the experience I offer. That it’s not just a photo session, that it’s me SEEING them or their loved ones, their true essence & I am able to capture it in artworks. I already know this to be true, it’s my goal, but to actually have people feel it & know that & see & experience it for themselves makes me feel like I am truly living my purpose. Before I was a professional photographer or a mom or a wife, I was in the healing arts, I did energy work and holistic body work. I was always creating, but I had a gift of very strong intuition & extra senses that I thought I could use to help people. During & after college I worked at a Montessori School with kids of all ages and abilities, and I loved being able to help kids on the spectrum as well. I always loved kids & it seemed I had a lot of patience, as I was told. Once I had my own kids I was home & started my own business- first a greeting card company with my art & photography, then my photography business was born from moms asking me to take photos for them of their own families. When I did this portrait photography business I was finally able to marry my intuitive gifts of seeing & feeling energy of others with the creativity of my photography while working with families (& also brands). When I have clients tell me they feel truly seen & their self or their kids or their brand’s energy/ essence was captured on film by me in personal artworks, that’s when I truly feel seen. And with that I feel so much gratitude
