The Sweet Stockmeir Girls and feature in The Wedding Muse

Sweet Hannah and here adorable daughters came down from Chico, California,

which is a pretty long drive (about 8 hours Hannah told me).

It had been raining during the week before and I was hoping we would have a little sun for their shoot.

We got lucky! The rain stopped the morning of their shoot! Yay!!

We braved the muddy meadows and chilly air

Here are some of my favs…

*****

Devon (the cutie above) let me know as soon as we met that she had lots of great ideas- and she did too!

She said, “How about one of me smelling a flower like this…” (and she pretended to smell a flower)

So, I told her I knew exactly where we could find some pretty flowers for her lovely idea.

I love it! Great idea, Devon :)

I love to take photos of moms (and dads too) with their little ones. You can never have enough of those pics.

*****

Ada tried on one of my jackets I bought for girls her age. I bought this one because it reminds me of the book Madeline…

Isn’t she cute in it?

These pics are so cute of you three… (makes me want a shoot with my boys!)

*****

Little Ada was really tired from the drive and the busy festivities the day before-

and let me know she was DONE (you can kind of see it in her face above :)) …

She wanted nothing more to do with this shoot…

So, we played Sleeping Beauty

and guess what?

She was cured! :)

Making wishes :)

Devon you are so pretty!

These girls and their sweet brown eyes could melt anyone…

*****

Even when making their silliest faces, I find myself admiring their stunning eyes!

And this pic makes me smile :)

Gorgeous!

Even though it was freezing at the end, little Ada was determined to play in the sand, no matter how wet and cold.

She plopped down, slipped of her shoes and started making mudpies as the sun went down,

I love it.

Thanks again Stockmeir girls!!

It was so much fun!

I am so glad the rain stopped for your session! :)

It was so great to see you again Hannah and meet your adorable daughters!
