Just popping in to say hi! How is your week so far? We survived our first official quarantine homeschool day today! (We’ve been homeschooling this whole time, but not on a schedule or with teachers & classmates online- now they have scheduled class times they meet online). One kid loves it so far, the other one misses in-person school. I’ve been sharing what’s been working for me to stay sane with my Women’s Goal & Intention Setting Mastermind Group I lead each week. Aside from talking about goals & intentions, we also share resources. I figure I could share some with you here too! At the top of my list of what really helps me, especially now- are my morning meditation and my evening walk or exercise. They are basically non-negotiable at this point. I am a different person afterwards! Other tips I’ve been suggesting that seem to work for others too: journaling, inspirational books (fiction or non-fiction), podcasts, writing positive affirmations on sticky notes placed around your home, taking small breaks from family for self care (whatever that looks like for you) when possible.
