How are you holding up over there?
My family and I are hanging in there, but we, like you, are missing friends & family members. I myself have been missing capturing my clients in fields of flowers this spring.
Last month I had so many people reach out to me, asking if I would capture families/ couples & pets- safely, in their homes through windows & on porches with me over 6 feet away outside with my zoom lenses with my Wildflower Studio flair. I was deep in hibernation & denial waiting for this lockdown to pass so I could get back out into the flowers, but suddenly, this past weekend, I became inspired!
You may not know this about me, but I have my degree in cultural anthropology, and the anthroplogist part of me suddenly woke up! I realized we were experiencing something quite historical, and I realized I have a camera, and I have amazing zoom lenses, and I could offer to document families, couples, even maternity sessions in this new perspective unlike any of my usual sessions at specific locations. I began to see this as a unique, and important, historical time that we will be telling our future generations about one day!
Now that we are all settled in, I would love to bring some joy and light in to this current situation we are all dealing with!
